Happy New Year and My Bujo 2022

Happy New Year Everyone.
I cant believe time goes so fast and today is 2022 already.

My new year eve nothing special.
But I feel a lot more calmer now and not as hysterical as before.
Which means I no longer crying all the time and start using my brain to think about productive things.

Anyway, I want to share with you my bullet journal (bujo) 2022 setup.
I just start again this year and bujo help me reduce stress.
While I setting it up, somehow it reducing my stress.

I want to be more organize so I decided using bullet journal.
I cant really function with digital planner.
I remember more if I write it, rather than typing it on phone (weird and old school, I know..).

And what I like with bujo is I can make it very personal.
I can put anything that I want in it.
Plus, as I'm not an aesthetic person, my bujo will be more of something that organize my mind and time.
Because I always have so much ideas and things to do in my head.
But my head only can be too crowded and stress me out.
Bujo will help me to sort it out, and give me more insight of what will I do next to make my idea happen without make my head crowded.

So this is my 2022 minimalist bujo setting.

Like always, first page will be Grid/Ruler.
This is important as it will help me to divided page when I need it.

After it, I put calender on my bujo.
But calender not finish yet actually, I need to put highlight on public holidays.
So that I know how to timetable my schedule without clashing with public holidays.

Then welcome to my personal setup for january.

As I said, I'm not an aesthetic person.
I don't know how to draw.
So I make it very simple like this.
Just black pen and random sticker, which I actually bought for my nieces.

I also put Bible verse there.
So I can read it everytime I feeling down.

This is my weekly to do list and reminder.
I didn't really make monthly to do list as I don't really think I will use it.

This all pages for my january trackers and goals.
I put prayer tracker too because I want to consistently doing night prayer and read Bible.
As prayer really help me to get stronger and not crumble down.

Skincare tracker because lately I'm lazy doing skincare.

Mood and sleep tracker because I want to trace my mental health.
I'm not sleep well too, so I want to trace it.

Vitamin tracker so that I'm not forgot of I already take it or not.

Reminders is basically things that I need to pay monthly.
And goals for things that I want to be done this month.
Giving me direction, so I can be more productive and spend my time better.
Being productive for me = less overthinking = less stress.

Next is my expense tracker.
I quit my job early january, so I need to toned down my expense.
This help me to put a break on spending.

Brain stroming for writing ideas for blog or work.

Gratitude more for my mental health.
So I can remember good stuff that happen in my love.
I need to be more grateful with small things in my life.

Last is my Monthly fave.
I used to write my playlist and favorite stuff at blog.
Now I want to record it on my bujo.

And this is it, my 2022 bujo set up.

If you want to start bullet journaling, my advice only 1.
Set your purpose and no one can dictated what your bujo supposed to be.

If you an artist and like to painting, drawing and want your bujo as part of your artistic soul. Then go for it.
If you want practical bujo for your daily life, go for it.

There's nothing right or wrong.

Your bujo is your personal space.
You can do anything you want with it.

Ok then, I think this it for today.
I may will write again tomorrow.

Again, Happy new year!!!
